Official Announcement: Launch of “FiredPeople” Platform on November 1, 2024, Following Foundever Dismissals

We are pleased to announce the official launch of the “FiredPeople” platform, which will be available starting November 1, 2024. This platform has been created in response to the recent mass dismissal of 400 employees from Foundever. It aims to provide support and a unified voice for all those affected, offering a simple and effective way to participate in collective actions and ensure their rights are protected.

How to Participate

Participation in the FiredPeople platform is straightforward. To join, you only need to fill out the registration form, after which the system will handle everything automatically. By joining, you will be part of a larger effort to address this situation, ensuring that every voice is heard, and every legal avenue is pursued to safeguard your interests.

Legal and Media Action

As part of this initiative, more than 100 lawyers will be engaged to address the legal concerns of those affected. In addition to legal action, Airbnb CEO, Foundever’s CEO, the leadership team, and their HR departments will be contacted to demand accountability and transparency in this process.

Furthermore, the International Labour Organization (ILO) and relevant Portuguese labor organizations will also be informed, ensuring that labor rights are respected and upheld at an international level.

United for Justice

The FiredPeople platform is committed to standing alongside all former Foundever employees in this difficult time. Together, we will work to ensure that justice is served, and that every individual affected by these dismissals receives the support they deserve.

Stay tuned for further updates on November 1, 2024, as we take the first steps toward addressing this issue on a larger scale.

For more information and to register, please visit the FiredPeople platform starting on the launch date.

Together, we are stronger.
